1Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Orders are shipped within 3 business days after processing.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days
  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 15 days, depending on location and courier availability.

International Shipping

  • International orders are dispatched within 5 days.
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–25 days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges (if any) are the customer's responsibility.

3Delivery Factors

Delivery timelines may vary based on:

  • Product availability
  • Delivery pin code
  • Courier partner operations
  • Weather, holidays, or customs delays

Some courier partners do not operate on Sundays or public holidays.

4Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight and delivery location.
  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1,000 (if applicable).

5Delivery Attempts

  • Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
  • If the customer is unavailable, the courier partner may attempt delivery up to two additional times.
  • Delivery usually occurs between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

6Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.
  • Orders can be tracked through the "Track Order" section on our website.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

7Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the order:

  3. 3Contact us within 3 business days of delivery status

Claims raised after this period may not be eligible for support.

8Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect address information.
